Insomnia is a common problem today. The most common reason is stress. During the last several months I was working with https://thewordpoint.com/services/translation-service/marketing-translation-services and often had to stay awake to meet deadlines. I felt tired and exhausted, but couldn't sleep. So I just changed my daily routine. I wake up and go to bed at the same time. Now I'm fine.

Now that Nancy Pelosi has failed at getting Trump impeached in the Senate. I know that SOB is going to get elected again in 2024. I can't sleep anymore, at all, zero, really sucks.

I know what you are talking about. I have been taking the sleep pills from a Canadian pharmacy for so long... I can't fall asleep without them, and it is really horrible. I need to do something with it obviously..
