So i Got PULLED OVER

So i was driving down burke centre parkway at around 3am. i was going about 82 in the 40.

shortly after i pass the wall-mart. i see lights on my tail.

i slowy pull to the side of the road.

the cop comes to my door, and asks what am i running under my hood, than i get out and show him. than we spend about 45 mins talking about cars.

oh yea
and i didnt get a ticket or a warning.!

wow. another case of dumbass cops. i mean, who is more dangerous, one guy going 16 over because he is rolling down a hill while going with fast traffic, or a guy that is "driving with the intent to kill" because he's going double the legal limit?

If true, you should be in jail for reckless driving and the police officer should be out of a job for being remiss in his duties. What makes you think it's okay to drive 82 in a 40 zone? You have no business on the highway and the police officer should consider a career change if he feels he needs to let something like that go .

If true - though I doubt it - this story is a reason cops should have quotas.

Why don't you sue the cop for bothering you on your joy ride. You may be able to get part of his pension and any equity he has in his house.
