I am looking for a cheap cleaner in Fairfax area. I know one which charges $1 per shirt/pants but am looking for cheaper options.

Less than $1.00? You might find someone who will beat your clothes on a rock, but I don't think that you will like the outcome. There is a $0.99 shirt place around here, but dry cleaning is another story.

Let us know, however, if you find a place that meets your financial needs and does not return your clothes as little more than rags.
