What is flying around out there?

What is that plane or whatever it is that has been circling round and round the Fairfax near 236 & Pickett for about 30 minutes now and continues? Anyone know what is going on????

Most likely FCPD police heli, i heard it about an hour ago near Centreville.

it's being talked up on the police scanner right now, but I can't make out much more than the guy saying "pickett rd"

Don't forget about the Gypsy Moth aircraft flying around. There is one helo and one fixed wing doing the spraying.
