I did a google maps search for this guy's house, but there's really no house there at this address. Are these the home address?

It is a matter of public record the the property in question is owned by GJA Properties LLC, 280 Park Avenue Fifth Floor, New York New York 10017.
I would suggest hopping on the Acella train to Manhattan and asking them.

There is a house at 10919 Georgetown Pike. Like a lot of aerial sat views, that one is indicating the address as being on the wrong side of the street.
