However recently I have come onto hard times and want to make a side business out of it, and who else to buy shitty alcohol for high margins is highschoolers. However I realized putting a craigslist ad saying "Wanted high schoolers for business opportunity might be suspicious so I don't know where to start

For those experienced in doing things like this, will this be likely a waste of time or can this be a good opertunity?

If this guy is for real then the best bet for marketing it probably would be to recruit high schoolers to sell it. It is a criminal enterprise either way. Might as well fully embrace the idea.

For eCommerce promotion I would recommend to use link building https://prposting.com/ . You need that for authority in your niche and try and build links in those sites. You can do this through Guest Posting, Sponsored Content etc, becoming a contributor to that site etc. Also it make biggest impact for SEO.
