They probably haven't murdered any citizens that they took an oath to protect in a few weeks and they have one cornered.

There was a horrific accident that has closed the road until further notice. I was able to get this gruesome photo before EMS rescue personal removed the victim.

Try broadcastify.com - it's sort of an Internet police scanner. You'll have to drill down a bit to get to the Fairfax County stream.
