Yes. As common sense would dictate - if you are in close contact with a covid positive person for more than 10-15 minutes - wearing a mask is entirely useless. And if you are only in casual contact with a covid positive person then wearing a mask is unnecessary.
Read the report - it has a lot of other interesting details. Such as: there was no significant difference between covid positive and negative people with regard to whether they went shopping, worked in an office setting, went to a salon, used public transportation, went to a gym, attended church. The only situation where there was a significant difference was dining at a restaurant. Covid positive people were twice as likely to have eaten at restaurants in the two weeks prior to testing positive.
