Tobbaco doesn't fuck your head up but is addictive and considered very unhealthy.

Smoking weed fucks your head up and is considered by some to be a healing medicine and very healthy.

Bottom line anytime your breathing burning smoke from raw plant material into your lungs it can't be 100% wonderful for your body. The difference really comes down to personal preference.
