He was tested twice , was he too lazy to find out or did he not care if he gave it to someone else it had to be one or the other . Maybe the cops got it from him especially the one who killed him , so smile

At least it will be a good test to see how contagious it really is as the cops struggled with him getting him in cuffs , he went down on his own its reported and leaned against the cop car before the killer put his knee on his neck as he lay face down with his hands cuffed behind his back
