Fire in bailey's crossroads--insurance fraud??

There's a restaurant on fire in Bailey's Crossroads. Apparently the restaurant is closed and locked. Coincidence? Or insurance fraud? Just seems suspicious given the corona virus circumstances. Though the fire is apparently in the cockloft/plenum space which would be a weird place for someone to set a fire. Fire in the ductwork too. It will be interesting to see what the investigators determine the cause of the fire is.
