So Gov. Cuomo you were in charge in Feb and March 2020 , why did you not shut down all New York airports to incoming flights that started outside of the USA ?

Cuomo was not getting the info that trump was getting. Trump gets daily intelligence briefings, at least he's supposed to, and he was given info about this virus starting up in China. He blew it off so he could keep playing golf and having his klan rallies.
