Hello all, i have a few questions for you all about getting a learners permit.

1: What is the best way to study for the tests other than read the manual?

2: I am a visual learner and sometimes forget to look over answers when I take online quizzes at NOVA. With that said, should I take the written tests or the online tests?

Try taking the quiz online at the DMV website

I hope that they've made the test harder than when I took it, but I doubt it. Rest easy my friend...if fresh off the boat elderly Korean women in Centreville can pass it then you can to!

Face reality: the world is not going to bend over backwards to accommodate your needs for "visual learning." You have several options--read the entire book, take advantage of the online resources and you can talk to people who already know how to drive. It is true that it is very easy, and most people pass the first time.

I took the test about a year ago, and passed easily. I think they may have changed the test when they changed the cards themselves, as a lot of people I know who recently took the test failed it. Just study the book.

How about making the test only available in ENGLISH, and having a standard by passing the written test in the 90th percentile!
