Get to Tony and Joe's on the Georgetown Water front early and post up at the bar, there will be more eye candy than you know what to do with. If you don't get there early good luck getting a seat. There are two other places down there also, Nick's Riverside and Sequoia. Nick's is basically the same thing as Tony and Joe's, Sequoia is more pricey but has a much larger seating area.

FUNdamental is right. The "cerebral" places are where you want to go.

The one place where, over the years, I have seen the most attractive, approachable, erection-inducing women is my local Barnes & Noble cafe.

However, if you just want to look but not interact then outdoor venues like Reston Town Center, Fairfax Corner,etc; or the outdoor sitting area of any coffee shop or restaurant will suffice. GMU works -- if you have some good reason to be there, other than to ogle nubile coeds.

Do a search on FFXU for the thread on meeting hotties in Home Depot/Lowe's. Seems like a number of guys got some quality pussy by helping out babes in the store and then offering to go back to their place to fix the problem.

Of course, fixing the sink/toilet/light switch resulted in a reward of tapping a fine ass.
