one reason you do that is a lack of any idea how to industrialize and make exports to "turn a dime"
a lack of any motivation to bring up the standards of living.
ex: if your not allowed to watch tv your hardly going to make a business to build TVs
so your a minimalist and have oil money and war is in your religion. your obvious choice is "don't build a pizza shop, build tank". pizza makes prayer rugs messy after all.

the war business is a bad one and already stacked with competitors.
deals with the chinese lead to "everything on your shelf is imported"

Stop worrying about what Iran will do and let them worry about what Trump is going to do. We hit them again last night and took out another one of their poxy leaders in Iraq. If you're a leader in Iran's insurgency, don't you think you'd be very worried about now. That's 5 leaders in 2 days and 9 in 4 months.
Hopefully, Trump is doing what he can to cause maximum damage just before he pulls our troops out of Iraq for good and tells them they're on their own. No more money. No more military support. No more nothing. Instead, arm the fuck out of the kurds and let them loose on all the Shi'ite scum.

I don't know about you, but I personally believe that comfort is created by things in the house. For example, I recently thought about how to redesign the interior of the house. My eyes fell on Persian rugs and I decided to do everything in the Arabic style. My friends were delighted with the result. I want to share photos with you, if you are interested in this.
