I am a network guy at my company. We occasionally lay people off to cut expenses. We don't tell anyone but we have a program on the system to track URLs, time spent, and takes a picture of the screen every 15 minutes.

We are watching the corporate users today to see who is fucking off and shopping for cyber Monday.

Tomorrow, we will have layoffs due to misuse of company resources. Luckily, my logs aren't included.

And don't think for one second we can't see your web activity on wifi. Even if you use your personal cell phone, we can see what you're doing if you are connected to company wifi. Using a WIDS system, we can see your phone "name" (like Dave's iphone) and activity.

Unlimited 4G LTE I haven't connected to WiFi since I paid off my student loans lol. I be streaming Futurama and murican dad all day in my cubicle! Just like WiFi, holidayiday shopping is for poor folk who go for those big box credit cards and layaway while I'm set to retire at 45 easy in precious metals alone unless I decide to go for the billionaire's club but I'd rather loaf in the sun during my golden years myself

That's how my boss became my wife. See, I was this hotshot young guy out of college. I get hired. They assign me tasks. I bust my ass and knock them out fast and do a good job. Then I watch porn on the company internet connection. I did the job I'm paid for, now it's time to relax, since I can't go home.

So anyhow, they do this audit of web browsing and I don't give a shit. I do my work and do it well.

So, the boss, this 36 YO broad, not too bad looking at all, really, she calls me in her office.
