I worked at Justice a few years ago when it had a different name. The school is known for its diversity. It is helpful to speak Spanish but not necessary. A lot of other languages are spoken there as well. You’ll learn pretty quickly to recognize the gang signs and language. The police actually offer a training to the teachers each year.
The amazing thing about this school is that in the early 2000s it managed to buck the trends and have some success despite having a lot of poverty, ESOL speakers etc. Unfortunately, there were some changes in leadership and the school crashed hard. It has sense made up a little ground but has not made it back to the level of the early 2000s.

You mean MS-13 High, right? Good luck with that!

JEB isn’t the only school with gang issues. Give it a try.

Of course, many teachers want to pay much more, but what prevents them from providing tutoring services and earning more. Like many people I also think was is the best place to work at. So in your case I would like to say that you can easily go there and try to work, just be more confident!

It directly depends on your needs and preferences, but from my side I can say this is quite a good school to work at.
