3rd World Shithole Businesses in No. VA, List Them

Some immigrants come to the US opening their businesses and providing good service to the public. But others hating the USA and those who have lived here for decades, either run a business or hire workers who care less about providing a good product or service to others.
List them in this thread, so we can avoid using these businesses which for some even for a first visit. That way the businesses, workers lose hours of work due to less demand, go bankrupt or chain locations get shut down, so those who provide crappy service or product, lose their livelihood and leave the area. As an example, it took a few years, but the KFC in Chantilly shut down.
For starters not to use, here are a few:
- Burger King, at least the Fair Lakes and Chantilly locations, barely luke warm food, hardly speak English.
- Popeyes in Greenbriar, rude slow service.
- The Maids, workers barely spoke English, property damage, problems with GPS finding place.
- Ross, Marshalls, stores disorganized, good luck getting any help, have not used in years.
