Give Fairfax county to DC

Or gives states an electoral college type of vote. The overwhelming majority of Virginia loves the USA and did not vote for communists (democrats). Without the anti American Fairfax county Virginia would still have American representation instead of North Korean.

Virginia and West Virginia should get together and secede from Fairfax and Loudoun Arlington and Alexandria Counties and form a new state. Then NOVA counties could annex Wash DC and form their new state to get their own voting rights.
