How long has she been there? I do not think I have ever seen her. Looking at her picture on NBC4 I would say no to the wig. I would think the time and effort to get her hair that straight and perfect probably takes a lot of time and effort, therefore it is left the same for as long as possible. Props to the station manager. Firing a black female in this day and age, even with justification, takes soem serious balls. You never know if the upper management chain is going to have your back.
