IT WAS NOT HIS FIRST OFFENSE, in fx co gov if i did it i'd be in a REAL ARREST, real jail

but he didn't injure anyone except the law and every citizen in the usa

the law should be applied EQUALLY TO EVERYONE, everyone does not get "house arrest"
