I see more families in various FFX neighborhoods operating illegal Day Cares. How can I report them?

The Code of Virginia mandates the licensure of family day homes that provide care for five through twelve children (exclusive of the provider's own children and any children who reside in the home). The care may be offered in the home of the provider or in the home of any of the children in care.

You know most of these people aren't even legal, right?
If we ignore those laws, and all the other laws the illegals are breaking daily - being here, using bogus SSNs that employers don't check, living 20 to a house, paving over the yard to park all the beanermobiles.... why do you think Fairfax gives a fuck about some punta watching 25 lil diabedos?
If you give your kid to them, expect the cousin from El Salvador to molest them. It happens every week in Montgomery County.

$5,000 each per month, $20,000 per month, $240,000 per year...no tax, no regulation. Kids dropped at 9, picked up at 5 with Sat and Sun off. Easy money...
