If i’m in a car and I drive too slow, I can recieve a ticket for impeding traffic. But if i’m on a Bicycle, I can hog up an entire lane, go 25 miles below the speed limit and impede traffic and this is ok? Can someone explain this shit to me.

A properly maintained car is capable of operating at the prevailing speed of the traffic. That isn't true of a bicyclist. It also isn't true of tractors and some kinds of self propelled machinery and horse drawn vehicles. They aren't ticketed for travelling below the prevailing rate of traffic either.
