Write or Call and ASK WHY IS HE AIDING NARCOTIC USERS TO POSSESS FIREARMS IN VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW BY LEAVING THIS "LOOPHOLE" OPEN
>NICS checks run the NCIC database and 2 others.. technically those with one conviction for simple possession up to ONE year old can be prohibited from FFL purchase but since they aren't booking or fingerprinting first time misdemeanor pot possessors here anymore they are not reported to the NCIC and dont pop up in NICS checks!
Then Fairfax County Police are aiding and abetting federally prohibited persons who are users of narcotics and are not supposed to possess firearms
Aiding them to be able to purchase firearms with a federal background check by simply saying NO to question 11E on the form 4473! By NOT REPORTING THE USE OF THE MARIJUANA TO THE NCIC
This is a "GUN SHOW LOOPHOLE" that the hypocritical DEMOCRATS NEED TO CLOSE!
Wanting to take law abiding citizens firearms away while they aid drug users in possessing firearms !
After a mass killing if one occurs with a weed smoke after they buy a gun from dealer saying NO on the 4473 and slay a dozen people I sincerely hope you defend the families of the dead and they all get a 100 million dollar plus federal jury settlement from Fairfax and a Billion each from the state of Virginia! Then you can retire in HIGH STYLE ! Keep up the good work on the 2nds defense ! And Im glad you brought this up as its something most did not know is happening .
