Ficken was held liable for 57 $500 LATE FEES, including fine for mowing lawn.

Why did the guy choose to live there? Why after the first two citations didn't he simply cut his grass to less than 6 inches as most of us do, and then cut it weekly?

His goat a few hours a week to trim someone’s lawn. Gerry needs his goat on stand by duty 24/7 so he’s ready whenever Gerry gets horny.
