As I live in one of these three, they have not been showing apartments since the new management company took over in December, which I have birds eye telecommuting from home (0 times vs previous company taking prospective renters by multiple times per week), though some available apartments listed on my street on various listing websites. With the warmer weather, this is concerning. Also no water billing for all residents here with this new company. Other handwriting on the wall.

In VA, they can sell the bldg, the new owners can kick U out after 30 days & ifU don't find a new place, they don't even have to put Ur shit out on the street, they can just tear down the bldg with Ur shit still in it & haul if off somewhere. Ur just stuck standing there in the street with the clothes on Ur back & the woods 2 pee in.

Is this company doing something unlawful?

So to do these renovations, page T-71 also of above SEC doc by the OP, appears company looking to empty out the rental apartments and townhouses to do the renos.
