I watched the orange part of the radar go over Fairfax and it barely rained. Usually the orange part means it's heavy rain. Did they change the scale or something?

thats a classified weather modifacation program

you might want to get to the bottom of this because they not telling anyone they do it

only way we know is because the weather forecast for a certain day is
sunny and cloudless...that day comes...and then these airplanes come
through create a smog in the sky...these are not commercial aircraft...or jets

your government is blocking your sun out and not telling you
