Fairfax police investigating collusion between residents of Clifton and gang members?

Heard this on the radio earlier today. Allegedly, they are allowing gangs to use the area for various gang activities.

There was a lot of collusion in Clifton. Everyone was banding together to run this cocksucking faggot out of town. Now that we've done that, he posts on FFXU every day about how much he hates Clifton. The place is like heaven now that he's gone.
