I have my flex pass set to HOV 3 when I have 3 people in my car and somehow still was charged 5 dollars when taking the EZ Pass lanes from the Springfield interchange to DC via 95/395?
Is this right!? When I take 495 to Tysons I don't pay a dime if my ex pass is set to HOV 3!

The online report shows the mode you were traveling in on the flex pass. You were probably set to single.
