"set as metered connection" (downloaded gigabytes cost money past a limit)

Every time I start a game the loader updates and usually the game also completely re-downloads ("updates the stupid way, by complete replacement").

one game isn't even internet able - so having a shell open it is certainly a virus back door, and having it re-download despite it hasn't been updated in 10 years is really damn annoying

BUT THE OTHER ONE IS 65 GB. I hate it when that one updates. But it does frequently. and when it does: it damn looks and play the same.

how do i ? sue the game websites for collusion with telephone companies to intently cause high download hits for no reason but to cost the customer more money ?
