Why the hell are emergency vehicles going back and forth on Shiplett with sirens blaring and lights blazing?
First they all go west.
Then they all go back east.
And then they go back west again.

Someone is probably on cell phone having a medical emergency and doesn’t know where or who they are. Vehicles drive around while dispatcher listens over phone for sirens loudest location.
