Insouciantly? I wouldn't know...my private jet takes me anywhere I want to go.

Interesting question old chap. When I fly to the colonies and back, I have James bring the Private Jet over, eh what? Cheerio!

I love BA—that would be my choice.

Fly Virgin Atlantic.

I work in the hotel industry. BA is terrible when it comes to baggage, goood at everything else.

If it's a Boeing 737, your flight may be cancelled.

The only difference I see is in business class. The BA bed is more comfortable. A bit longer. If u are in economy or economy plus, just go w best price. You will likely just try to make yourself small and try to rest or sleep.

BA and Virgin don’t fly 737’s

In fact it’s not even common to find a 737 on a transatlantic route unless it stops over in Iceland

It's only five hours. Put on your headphones and zone out. Go with the cheaper price.

I can't answer your question, but it is possible to check helpful travel sites https://travelsites.com/helpful-travel-sites/. This collection can help to find out much info about traveling by air. Personally I have already used these sites twice and was pleased with the result.

Both air companies are absolutely ok, but none of them can even compete with Qatar Airlines, here https://qatar-airways.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html is what people are saying. I hope one day British and American air companies could reach this level of service, too.
