Well, we were already long gone from the pits of FCC of course, but once we had the money, making the move from McLean to the Sweet Spot was just a no-brainer. I could still go desk-to-desk in under an hour, and we had a wonderful home and all this beautiful land to play with. It was already the big house on the hill in the mid 70s, and we’ve only made more of it since, both inside and out. This is why the assessment is what it is. Well, contrary to certain wild rumors, it was 42 degrees out here in the Sweet Spot at 10:00 this morning, and the wind was from the NW at 8 mph, bringing the so called Real-Feel number down to 38.
