HB 2138 Fluorinated hydrocarbons or vapors; prohibited inhalants or other noxious chemical substances.

this bill adds Fluorinated hydrocarbons , meaning someone was harmed by them and NOT COMPENSATED (that's usually the reason a senseless law already illegal is passes as illegal: because the government claimed in court it was not already illegal and THEY LIED)

OSHA AND HEALTH CODE ARE ALL QUITE CLEAR that anything poisonous is illegal. there is no law of adding and removing known poisons to a list: everything known poisonous is illegal ALREADY

(ie, VA cannot refuse to add poisons known to doctors or known globally or known to federal law, ie, there is already a huge system of MSDS material data safety sheets published. VA has NOTHING to do with it. also: poisoning employees with unknown substances is no excuse under osha rules. only if no one knew and precautions were taken would an exception to LIABILITY be made)

Nope, it'd be nice if the weasel that started this thread provided some context like who is getting screwed or why this bill was deemed necessary. I'd start here...

https://virginiageneralassembly.gov/

there is a place to search for bills on the right. After reading that I'd highly suggest using google, yahoo, Bing, duck duck, or whoever floats your boat and learn. After reading the highly biased DNC approved source, I also read from the unapproved DNC sources as they are usually more accurate and use actual facts.
