What was the restaurant where Clyde's Mark Center is now? It became a Hamburger Hamlet- I think. We used to go there all the time (late 80s)

Not sure where that was- but definitely not what I’m looking for. I’ll know it when I hear it.

Just asked my wife and she remembers the bicycle theme but can't remember the name either. We went there a couple of times when we were first dating.

Steak and Ale was next to the Seminary Road / 395 entrance, near Van Dorn.

You should never argue with blanche about places to eat...

The Steak and Ale is still standing but its parking lot is used now as employee parking for the medical building across the street at Seminary and 395 (Shirley Highway).

The Bombay (Mumbai) Bicycle Club was across the street from Foxchase (Shirley Duke to us old timers). After BBC (oops), it was Mango Mikes for a long time. The building was torn down and there is a very nice Aldi located there now.

Thanks for refreshing my memories. The Bombay Bicycle Club was the one I
was thinking about but at the time I could have cared less about the
restaurant because I had just met the most wonderful woman in the world
and I was absolutely floating. We've been married for 36 years now and
it's been a great life.

No such thing as a “nice aldi.”
Attracts too many homeless immigrants and the shelves are bare!

I think before that it was called Smugglers Cove.
