"a local seminary could be moving into a new office across town this year"

Tyson's Corner is considered "a town"? I think the author is trying to make it seem all quaint and homey. It is a confluence of roads and a shitload of office buildings and retail.

It's not Peach Grove anymore, and it's not Tyson's Corner either. It's officially just Tysons, and it's not a town or a city, but a Census-Designated Place, just like McLean or Oakton or Annandale.
