Bill de Blasio announced that NYC will now SPEND $100 MILLION per year to provide FREE medical care for over half a million New Yorkers, including 300,000 illegal aliens. BTW, it's going to cost a LOT more than $100 million to provide medical care for that many people - he has only budgeted $200/year/person.

I suspect that millions of poor sick people from all over the country are going to be relocating to NYC.
