Sure this wonderful woman made a mistake. But is making a mistake "criminal" and does this release an auto insurer from paying?
This woman wasn't jailed for making a mistake. She was jailed because auto insurers didn't want to pay the claim.
Auto insurance? You "have to buy it". If you "have to buy it", shouldn't it "have to pay" after an accident that was purely accidental?
You can argue any auto damaged is caused by a lack of attention on someone's part. But that is exactly why auto accidents WERE publicly mandated to be purchased - because everyone makes mistakes.
The idea that some Judges are not part of corrupt democrat juntas stealing auto insurance money IS WRONG. They are. They have. They should be dealt with harshly.
