Saw four guys today at Denny's on Fairfax Boulevard. All had yellow vests on, just like the protesters in France. They looked like working class guys, rednecks maybe even, not the type I would expect to be protesting in the streets, but I guess they've had enough.

I was going to raise my fist in solidarity and say "We the people!" but I didn't want to bring too much attention to them. I settled for knowing nod.

So great to see people getting active in politics.
