My observation of this season:

The team is mostly small built boys who think they’re legends. They have none or poor team chemistry and pride. One of them can’t keep his penis off others and they lied to the police to avoid snitching.

There are big parent problems and the same loser varsity mom does nothing but hold on to control and lead position. (When is Doc replacing her?)

The boys are disrespectful so adults start off committed and then quit. Distracting BS has draped school forever so the boys are used to that environment. There are no real senior leaders on the football team this year, maybe one. The younger players are mostly assholes. The DSA doesn’t support the program. He’s so weak.

So you can all STFU about the LBSS football coaches. I’ve watched from another LBSS sport and I can tell you that Docs a damn miracle worker. He’s had next to nothing to work with this year!

Yea Edwards, James, Murray, Merriman, Fanfon and Hibner to name a few, are nothing to work with. No wonder Doc and staff cant win in the playoffs with that crew!

This sounds like an average year at most high school sports programs. All schools deal with these types of issues. Any coach would tell you that.

Oh no, this kind of thing doesn't happen in Doc's program, he doesn't allow it. Says all of his supporters.

Everyone talks about how well behaved the players are under Doc, that was the only thing he brought to the football program. So far in 3 years his teams have done nothing on the field, no signature wins, 1 playoff win, so if all this is happening, then Doc has brought nothing to the program. He should be fired if he doesn't make a deep run this year.

These are great players. Two are amazing players and juniors. One is a state champion wrestler and one is championship basketball player. The other is the best kid they have. It’s a different group this year but these guys are outstanding. Truth.

Other than TJ? Worst I have seen in person was last year's Oakton team. 0-10 and outscored 483-42.

Excluding TJ lol... I didn’t see Oakton, but I’m sure they’d beat Wakefield. Difference is who they play. (Oakton: Westfield, Centreville, Lake Braddock) (Wakefield: Justice, Edison, TJ) TJ actually beat Wakefield that year 45-6.

Park View didn’t field a V team last year. Resurrected it this year (kudos). TJ beat them this year to give you an idea of how bad they are. And I think the new school in Loudoun (Independence)beat them 88-0 so the Indep. coach must be the biggest insecure asshole alive.

I thought Lee this year was the worst team until they beat Falls Church. Then I saw Herndon. Holy God they’re bad. It’s between them and the McLean team from a couple years ago for the worst team I’ve ever witnessed.

#12 WR - he is a surprising athletic dude for his size.
#5 RB - he's OK. Not sure if he is hurt or playing though
#7 QB - adequate. Throws a decent decent deep ball.
#8 WR/RB - solid athlete with good hands
#1 WR - OK WR

Centreville defense:
#8, #4 probably the best. DL will get manhandled.

Madison offense:
#12 QB - underated. runs the offense very well
#1 RB - quick but a bit smallish
#4, #29 WR - both highly underated imo. #4 has speed #29 has great athletic ability

Madison defense:
DL - will manhandle Centreville
#20 - will make a ton of tackles.

#2 on Madison held 12 to 0 catches last game

Bad news for Westfield. Their best defensive player (#2) is out of the rest of the season for disciplinary reasons (won't get into the specifics). He is the bulldogs shutdown defensive end.

Cville fan here. We were absolutely no match for Madison tonight. The linebacker #20 was stuffing everything, number 2 had Avery on absolute lockdown and Number 1 was running all over us. This Madison team has a legit chance to win the region if the offense can continue to produce.

Back in Jan/Feb whhen they decided to move on from Haddock and bring in Shields they were already making space for the state championship plaque they knew they would win, never imagined the season would go down in flames with back to back losses to Madison punctuated with a 37-0 shutout! Score weas 13-0 at halftime, the kids quit. That’s on the players. Lack of leadership has been the issue for many years (especially with this senior class) and it came to a head last night. Thankfully most of the loudmouths will be gone from the stands only a couple parents left from the junior class. Once they are gone will Shields be able to fully right this ship and fix the culture.

They played puffball teams whose combined record was way below .500. Now you may say “well they beat Centreville” yeah they did, but this has been Centreville’s worst year in a long long time. 4) Back to reality for Chantilly as your athletes are now gone. This staff hangs on for 1 year of success and tries to live off of it for the next decade. Be ready for 8th seed at playoffs and blowouts at your disposal in the future because there is nothing there coming up.

That's your argument, Yorktown barely beat Marshall, so I am not really sure how good they are. TCW has been up and down all year, very inconsistent.

LB has played the best 2 teams in the region (SoCo, Westfield) and lost, but at least they know what kind of effort its going to take to win. The toughest teams Mt Vernon has played, is TCW, Hylton and Yorktown, no comparison.
LB offense is very potent and they haven't seen anything like it, MTV will have a hard time stopping them. I dont see MTV scoring more then 21 on LB defense. I stand by my prediction 42-21 LB. MTV has had a good year but it ends next week

First off, MV scrimmaged LB and spanked them, I understand it was the first scrimmage and scrimmages don't mean much.

I think a better analysis is based on like opponents which are WestPo, Hayfield and WTW. Scores against these three teams:

LB 134-55
MV 138-54

That is a very close match-up. I think this game is too close to call but I give the edge to MV because they have something to prove and Fritz is about 1000 times smarter than Doc.

Unlike Chantilly, South Lakes or Cville, Yorktown's offense is going to smoke the "vaunted" Madison D...just like Stone Bridge and SoCo. Our POY QB G. Wilson and 7 first team players on offense...they won't know what hit them.
