Possibility of a huge snowstorm on or about December 19th!

The meteorologists at NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) recently released their early winter weather predictions for the coming 2018-2019 season. Conditions look strong for a major snowstorm to hit the Mid Atlantic region on or about December 19th.
