So Cohen has been rung up on campaign finance violations, multiple counts of tax evasion and bank fraud, and now lying to Congress? What else would anyone have expected from a Trump flunkie? They are ALL crooks and grifters of the first order. Every single one of them.

I see posts like the top one almost weekly on this site. It always sounds the end of the Trump presidency, but it never happens.

These posts merely document the abject criminality of both this President and this administration. They are both horrible stains on this nation and its standing. There are actual banana republics that have better leadership than this.

If Trump has any thoughts about enjoying his retirement he should be seriously thinking about hopping on a plane right now to some country that will accept him living there in exile.

Re-read your history, dope. After merely suggesting such a thing, the Court became far more accommodating to FDR’s points of view. There is meanwhile nothing to stand in the way of way of a modern expansion of the Court in response to GOP theft of an Obama pick.

There being no mandate about it in the Constitution, Congress is free to fiddle with the composition of the Court as it will. That's exactly what happened in 1869. As for 1937, see West Coast Hotel and the sudden shift to the left among Justices such as Owen Roberts.
