It's not the state. It's the corrupt Fairfax County board and planning commission. The board and planning commission is now under investigation for by the State and FBI.

I hope they lock them all up and tear down any developments that were built illegally!

Everybody is moving out of Great Falls and out past Loudoun to the rich areas. The rich know Fairfax county is lost cause and crime has already started to sky rocket around the Reston Town Center Ghettos.

The see that the Metro and public transportation combined with urban sprawl will devastate their property values. Best to sell while the prices are still high.

It's the county's fault for allowing the overdensity of areas around Metro stops. Instead of the Metro solving traffic congestion, the new building near the Metro have it made it worse.

I drove through Great Falls over the weekend and amazed at all the houses for sale. I guess they can read the writing on the wall and see that Great Falls is going the route of Reston high rises, city grid streets and overcrowded traffic congestion.

It's called progress. Reston needs another route out to the Beltway. 193 is way overloaded from all the Reston massive office buildings and condos.

The only way is to widen 193 and turn continue the Reston Parkway through Great Falls to a second MD bridge near Great Falls.

That's not even talking about the new Great Falls Towne Center that is in the works. Way larger than the Reston Town Center with lots of condos and townhouses.

That's why you seeing so many houses for sale in Great Falls. All the rich people are moving to Loudoun and Middleburg.

Widen Hunter Mill Road all the way to Oakton. Acquire properties in Oakton to allow Hunter Mill to directly access I66.
