The trouble with rain is that it freezes at 32 degrees fahreheit.

It was a very late call this morning...about 5:50 am...some buses were already on the road. Some reported treacherous driving conditions.

When they closed Lawyers Rd between Fox Mill and Steeplechase due to ice...the die was cast.

2-hr delays= less terrible drivers on teh road for people to get to work.
