Calls are made based on degrees of adverse conditions for buses and bus-riders. The well-being of drivers and walkers is also taken into account, safety being the #1 concern. Snow, sleet, and freezing rain throughout the morning with high winds, rain, and barely above freezing temps after that is clear reason to close.
