Isn't there a law convicted sex offenders are not allowed to use certain chat apps, and not allowed to go on questionable message boards?

Yes, there is a law, but in order to answer if Sean Hanover can access Fairfax Underground, we must first ask "is fairax underground viewed by law enforcement as unsavory?"
