a prisoner who fights cops and dies due to taser isn't a "wrongful" death

a bunch of niggas who likely caused natasha to become prison bait have no right to such a "reward for her death" - they likely helped put her in the grave with bad behavior, drugs, etc

it's true that taking money from officers will cause them to think twice about deaths. however: the money should go toward prison care - not to a family who for all we know paid an officer to piss her off and tase her. and that's exactly why people who are not injured should not be rewarded for death. when death pays the wrong people - start dying. you can be sure.

perhaps the money should be taken away from the officers and be used for victim funds: which is where it legally belonged
