Anyone see the $10M home being built on Casperson?

Has anyone seen this behemoth of a house being built on Casperson in 22315? 16,000 square feet. I heard it was for some guy from Africa, who has two kids coming to college. He wants them to have a place.

It is being built as strong as a bunker. The basement looks like you could practice firing machine guns without disturbing neighbors. The 4 car garage is large than my townhouse (oh yeah, there's a bit of jealousy....).

The thing is, this place is right next to Windsor Park, not the best neighbors. Why in the world would you build a $10M houce in an even CLOSE to questionable neighborhood??

checking fairfax county property records, which house you talking about? The only one that is "Vacant Land" is 6412 (from first glance - I did spent too much time on it).
