He's been very quiet lately, presumably because his mother Barbara doesn't want him to draw attention to himself and her campaign.

Seth's shenanigans got him disowned a long, long time ago.

His behavior was such an embarrassment (and, more importantly, a political liability) that he's not even mentioned in any of Babs's official biographies any more.

Seth is the black sheep of the Comstock family. Susan had to pull strings to get the charges he faced in Oregon lowered from attempting to lure a minor to selling marijuana in a school zone. Instead of doing jail time, Susan arranged for Seth to serve time in a sort of half-way house in Oregon. He's been kept at arm's length since being arrested in Springfield, OR
