What are the high security buildings on Grove Street?

Behind the Eldon Street Safeway on Grove Street are a couple of building with significant security and no signage. What companies or federal agencies are these?

Probably contactors of DoD, DHS, or intelligence agencies. The buildings have to be built to withstand bomb blast. There have to be concrete barriers in the parking lots to prevent truck-bombs from accessing the building. There's a minimum setback from the nearest street of perhaps 50 feet. A lot of other requirements post-9/11.

New Dominion Technology ( aka National Counterterrorism Center) and the Department of the Interior-Mineral Management Service.
